1. General Health Disclaimer
The information, guidance, and coaching provided are for educational and fitness-related purposes only.
We are not medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Always consult with a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you:
Have chronic health conditions
Are taking medications
Have recent injuries or surgeries
Are pregnant or postpartum
2. Assumption of Risk
By participating in any training session, you understand that:
Exercise carries risks, including injury, illness, and in rare cases, serious complications.
You fully assume these risks and choose to participate voluntarily.
This applies equally to:
In-home sessions
Virtual/video sessions
Outdoor sessions
Self-guided programs provided by the trainer
3. Not Medical Advice
Our services do not replace medical evaluation or treatment.
If you experience dizziness, pain, faintness, or difficulty breathing, stop immediately and seek medical care.
4. Liability Release
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to release and hold harmless FusionX Training and its trainers from any liability related to:
Injuries
Accidents
Illness
Equipment failure
Environmental hazards in your home or environment
You acknowledge that you are training at your own risk.
5. Virtual Session Disclaimer
For virtual training:
You are responsible for creating a safe workout area.
You must ensure proper flooring, lighting, and removal of hazards.
You must have stable internet and clear audio/video for instructions.
The trainer is not responsible for injuries that occur due to environmental conditions the trainer cannot physically control.
6. Consent
By booking or participating in any program, you:
Confirm you have read and understood this Disclaimer
Agree to train at your own risk
Release the trainer from liability
Acknowledge all exercise involves inherent risks
.Insurance Acceptance
Personal training may be covered if a healthcare provider prescribes it as a medical necessity for injury recovery, chronic condition management or a specific medical protocol (i.e. after weight loss surgery).
The client will need a written prescription or referral from their doctor to submit for reimbursement. Therefore, you the client will likely have to pay out-of-pocket and then seek reimbusement from the insurance provider.
