Elaine’s Journey
Elaine’s journey started on the South Side of Chicago. She attended the first charter high school in town where she was active in volleyball, badminton, swimming and horseback riding which kept her out of harms way.
Educational Background
Elaine received her B.S. in education from Grambling College, A.A.S. in physical therapy from Austin Communty College and her M.S. in Sport Science from the United STated Sports Academy. All of this has given her a well rounded template for human behavior. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
Experience
Elaine has over 35 years of combined experience in physical therapy and personal training. She has worked in acute care, acute rehab, outpatient clinics and home health, and has always done mobile personal training.
